Basic principles in social work are: social justice, human rights, collective responsibility and respect for diversity. Social work practice integrates knowledge of various professions promoting social changes, social cohesion, reinforcement and liberation of people.

Project “Let’s rise together!” unfolds different personalities and personal, professional and daily challenges of social workers in 8 photo stories.

Rising together because social work is a team work, where mutually respectful relations are essential milestone among social worker and supported person. Then we rise together, grow and move forward each on its own path. Everyone.

This year March 15 marks the World Social Work Day when social workers who are side by side with those most vulnerable facing life challenges every day are celebrated.
