FOR A PURCHASE WORTH €50 – A SWEET SURPIZE.

Terms of the campaign ” I SEIZE THE DAY”

1. The organizer of the Campaign is SIA “BH Galerija Centrs”, reg. nr. 40003311422, legal address: Audeju street 16, Riga, Latvia, LV-1050, hereinafter the Organizer.

2. The Organizer determines regulations of the Campaign.

3. Venue of the Campaign is shopping center “Galerija Centrs”, Riga, Audeju street 16, LV-1050 – hereinafter “Galerija Centrs”.

4. Every resident and guest of the Republic of Latvia may participate in the campaign.

5. Employees of SIA “BH Galerija Centrs”, SIA “Triple Bounce”, SC “Galerija Centrs” stores and their family members cannot participate in the campaign. In case it is established, that an employee or employee family member of the indicated companies has participated in the promotion, he / she will not be awarded the prize.

6. The start date of the Campaign is September 15, 2021 at 10:00. The closing date of the promotion is October 15, 2021 at 20:59.

7. In order to participate in the Campaign and receive the guaranteed prize, during the promotion period (from 15.09.2021 to 15.10.2021 at 20:59) purchases must be made in one of the stores of the shopping center “Galerija Centrs” for at least 50 EUR. 

7.1. In order to receive the prize, the Campaign participant must go to the shopping center “Galerija Centrs” information center with a purchase check, where an employee of the information center will make a note on the check and issue the Campaign participant one set of macaroon cookies (4pcs).

7.2. Participants may receive one prize for the purchase of 50 EUR or more, regardless of the total value of the purchase.

7.3. Purchase receipts do not add up.

7.4. The purchase may not include alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, medicines, payment of bills, financial transactions, and participation in gambling / lotteries, purchases made by SIA “Biļešu serviss” may not be paid for. The purchase amount is not divided and aggregated.

7.5. A participant of the campaign can participate in the campaign an unlimited number of times.

8. The gift can be received in the information center every day from 15.09.2021 to 18.10.2021 from 10:00 -20:00, presenting a purchase receipt for at least 50 EUR, made in one of the stores of the shopping center “Galerija Centrs”.

9. The prize will not be issued if the purchase receipt includes any of the goods or services referred to in clause 7.4.
